Appointment decisions in the Official Gazette: Erdoğan dismisses several officials
Appointment and dismissal decisions signed by AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan have been published in the Official Gazette.
Important appointment and dismissal decisions across various ministries and institutions, signed by AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, have been announced in the Official Gazette. In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cihad Erginay was appointed as the Director General for Bilateral Relations, while Gülsun Erkul was appointed as the Director General for Consular Services and Citizens Living Abroad. Additionally, Hatice Oya Tunga Çağlı, Kemal Onur Özçeri, Yağmur Ahmet Güldere, and Ali Barış Ulusoy were assigned to various other directorates general.
In the Ministry of Trade, the Regional Directors of Customs and Foreign Trade for Western Marmara, Central Black Sea, and Central Anatolia were dismissed from their posts. With the new appointments, Ayhan Coşkuner, Hüseyin Şanverdi, Mehmet Tuncay Bayraktar, and Nihat Kınık were brought in to lead different regional directorates.
At the Presidency of Strategy and Budget, Chief Legal Advisor Sinan Taş was dismissed, while Hilal Yılmaz Taştan was appointed to the vacant position of Chief Legal Advisor at the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR). These changes are being evaluated as the beginning of a new era in the operations of the respective institutions.
