Gökan Zeybek’s Tera–Adil Varlık statement: 'Money movements must be explained immediately'

Member of Parliament Gökan Zeybek, in a post on his social media account, demanded an explanation for the money movements he alleges took place between Tera Yatırım, Tera Portföy, and Adil Varlık.

While debates regarding the fund investigation remain on the agenda, Zeybek drew attention to the 134 million TL debt instrument issued by Adil Varlık. According to Zeybek, the bond in question was approved by the CMB (SPK) on October 2, 2025; the issuance certificate was published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on October 16, 2025, and the sale took place on October 20, 2025.

Zeybek alleged that three days after the sale, the entire 134 million TL debt instrument appeared in the portfolio of an investment fund managed by Tera Portföy, which he stated belongs to the same group. He argued that this situation amounts to a transfer of resources to the owner of Adil Varlık using investors' fund money.

“The owner of Adil Varlık, which issued the bond; Tera Yatırım, which brought it to market; and Tera Portföy, which purchased that bond with investors' fund money and provided resources to the owner of the Adil Varlık company!”

Pointing to the CMB and Borsa Istanbul in his post, Zeybek used the phrase, “Years of activity need to be investigated.” He also stated that there are question marks regarding capital increases and trade registry records in companies belonging to the owner of Adil Varlık.

In his statement, Zeybek asked, “For whose interests and schemes was the small investor's money used?” and said that the Tera–Adil Varlık relationship and the money movements must be explained to the public “down to the last penny.”
