New development in the files of 9 CHP deputies! Decision postponed
The CHP High Disciplinary Board reviewed 81 files. The process regarding the 9 deputies who took part in the establishment of the YENİ Party has been postponed.
The CHP High Disciplinary Board (YDK) reviewed 81 files during its meeting at the party headquarters. The board decided to remove the files of some individuals who resigned from the party to be processed into their records.
During the meeting, the files of 9 deputies who left the CHP to take part in the establishment of the YENİ Party were also brought to the agenda. However, no decision was made regarding these files.

The disciplinary process regarding the 9 deputies in question is expected to be re-evaluated at the YDK meeting planned for Friday, September 18.
CHP officials state that the postponement is due to legal and technical reasons. Accordingly, for a decision to be reached, the deputies must submit their resignation letters to the CHP Headquarters, or the CHP administration must apply to the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation to inquire whether these individuals have become members of another party.
