Parliament Speaker Kurtulmuş to visit Czechia for the 2nd Parliamentary Summit of the Crimea Platform
Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş will travel to Prague, the capital of Czechia, tomorrow to attend the 2nd Parliamentary Summit of the Crimea Platform.
According to a statement from the Office of the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (TBMM), the summit, hosted by the Parliament of the Czech Republic and scheduled for October 23-24, will be attended by 28 parliamentary speakers, 12 deputy speakers, 2 committee chairs, and 5 international organizations.
Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş will also attend the summit. The summit will include an opening ceremony and a General Assembly session.
During the General Assembly session, where Parliament Speaker Kurtulmuş and participating parliamentary speakers will deliver speeches, presentations will be made regarding the situation in Crimea.
Kurtulmuş, who is also expected to hold meetings with the participating parliamentary speakers, will be accompanied on his visit by the Head of the Turkish Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) and AKP Ankara MP Yıldırım Tuğrul Türkeş, AKP Kayseri MP Murat Cahid Cıngı, and CHP Eskişehir MP Utku Çakırözer.
