The date is set: Kılıçdaroğlu is heading out on an Anatolian tour

Following the completion of the dismissal and appointment process for provincial chairs within the Republican People's Party (CHP), all eyes have turned to the meeting to be held in Ankara.

It has been learned that Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who was brought to the head of the party by a court decision, will meet with the provincial chairs before the end of the month.

According to a report by Habertürk, the main agenda of the meeting will be the ordinary congress process expected to be initiated in mid-September. In addition to the congress calendar, organizational efforts, a new roadmap, and current political developments are also expected to be discussed.

THE OPENING PROCESS IS ALSO ON THE TABLE

According to information provided by party sources, the second opening process, dubbed "Turkey Without Terrorism," will also be among the topics evaluated at the meeting. While it is stated that members of the CHP Central Executive Board have begun provincial visits as of this month, Kılıçdaroğlu is also expected to hit the field next month.

According to information provided to Habertürk by CHP Headquarters sources, the visits are planned to begin on September 9, the anniversary of the founding of the CHP.

While it is noted that İzmir, Antalya, Adana, and Gaziantep stand out for the Anatolian tour, it is also stated that the program could begin in the eastern provinces. Messages regarding the second opening process are also expected to come to the agenda during the visits.

TRANSITIONS IN MUNICIPALITIES CONTINUE

Transitions of mayors and municipal council members from the CHP to the YENI Party are also continuing. While it is stated that more than 200 municipalities have resigned from the CHP and joined the YENI Party, a meeting of mayors chaired by Kılıçdaroğlu is also on the agenda once the transitions are completed.
