The visit of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus President Tufan Erhürman to Ankara, which was planned for October 15-16, has been postponed.
According to information obtained from TRNC Presidential sources, the postponement was made due to a cervical disc herniation that Erhürman has been experiencing for some time. It was stated that the visit is expected to take place in the near future.
As part of his Ankara program, Erhürman was scheduled to give a lecture at the Capital Meetings, speak at a session on the Cyprus issue at the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey (TEPAV), and meet with journalists.
No official statement has been made yet regarding the new date of the visit.
