Attention vehicle owners: New feature added to e-Devlet
With the completion of the second phase by the SEDDK, policyholders will be able to access damage files, expert reports, fault rates, and policy history from a single screen.
The Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency (SEDDK) has completed the second phase of work on the "My Private Insurance" page on e-Devlet. With the new regulation, information regarding insurance damage processes has been made accessible to citizens in a digital environment.
SEDDK announced that the scope of insurance services on the e-Devlet portal has been expanded as a result of work carried out in cooperation with the Cyber Security Presidency and the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center (SBM). Thus, vehicle owners and policyholders will be able to view damage processes and policy details on a single screen.
Within the scope of the application, citizens will be able to access the details of expert reports regarding damage files. Accident reports prepared after traffic accidents and the fault rates associated with these reports can also be tracked through the system.
With the new phase, not only information regarding traffic insurance but also policy information for all insurance branches, both current and from past periods, will be available on the "My Private Insurance" page.
The system will also generate renewal reminders for policies nearing their expiration date. In this way, it is aimed for policyholders to monitor their policy periods and damage processes via e-Devlet without having to apply to different channels.
