The property with a surface area of 1,959.54 square meters located in the Ergene neighborhood of the Bornova district in İzmir was sold for 44 million liras to Artal Turizm İnşaat Limited Şirketi, which submitted the highest bid.
The property with a surface area of 8,112.44 square meters registered to Sümer Holding A.Ş. and located in the Mehmetçik neighborhood of the Karaköprü district in Şanlıurfa was sold for 66 million 700 thousand liras to Polat Kardeşler Gayrimenkul İnşaat Sanayi ve Tic. Ltd. Şirketi, which submitted the highest bid.
