CEATEC 2023 begins; artificial intelligence and virtual reality take center stage
CEATEC (Combined Exhibition of Advanced Technologies) 2023, one of the world's major electronics trade shows, has kicked off in Japan with the theme "Towards Society 5.0."
CEATEC 2023 opened at the famous Makuhari Messe Hall, located in the Chiba region east of the capital, Tokyo.
At the fair, global electronics manufacturers and R&D teams will showcase their new season products and devices, including virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence technologies.

The event's organizer, the Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA), stated that they expect over 100,000 visitors to the fair this year.
CEATEC 2023, which features nearly 700 domestic and international companies and organizations, will run until October 20.
