A new name change is on the agenda for Elon Musk's companies. Following Musk's support for Donald Trump's call to use the term “super intelligence” instead of “artificial intelligence,” the name SpaceXAI has been updated to SpaceXSI.
With the change made to the company's official account on X, the name SpaceXSI has begun to be used instead of SpaceXAI. Sources indicate that the new name has also started to appear on some of the company's websites, such as x.ai.

Musk had announced in a post on X on October 4 that the name SpaceXAI would be changed to SpaceXSI. With the latest updates, it is evident that this announcement has begun to be reflected across the company's digital assets.
This step marks the second name change for the company in a short period. After SpaceX incorporated xAI, the name SpaceXAI had begun to be used in July. With this new transition, the brand has been renewed once again within approximately four months.
It is assessed that Trump's emphasis on “super intelligence” rather than “artificial intelligence” may be linked to the growing public distance toward artificial intelligence technologies in the US. As concerns grow regarding the impact of data centers and autonomous systems on the workforce, the term “super intelligence” is interpreted as an effort to present the technology within a more positive framework.
