Peak in console sales; PlayStation 5 takes the lead

It was already clear that gaming consoles had been on the rise for some time. The figures have now confirmed this, with console sales increasing. There is an 11 percent growth here compared to last year. According to sales figures exceeding 9 million, Sony holds the lead. Nintendo is in second place, and Microsoft is in third.

According to these figures, while Sony's gaming service revenue reached 6.32 billion dollars, approximately 5 million PlayStation 5 units were sold. The Spider-Man 2 game, having sold 5 million copies, actually significantly influenced PS5 sales.
