PlayStation users' accounts suspended for no reason
Some PlayStation users found that their accounts had been suspended when they tried to log in.
Some PlayStation users who shared notifications of 'your account has been suspended' on their social media accounts wrote that they did not know the reason for this. Users who saw the account suspensions as a violation of the PlayStation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement could not find a detailed explanation.
SONY HAS NOT MADE AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT
There is no official statement from Sony yet, but this 'account suspension' problem, reported by a significant number of users, is estimated to be caused by a 'system error.' However, the exact reason is still unknown.
