Posting on X will become paid! In which countries?

Controversial decisions continue to be made for Twitter, which has transformed into X. In this context, 'posting,' which is currently free, is being tested as a paid feature in two countries. The new decision focuses on new subscribers living in New Zealand and the Philippines paying 1 dollar to post as part of a program called 'Not A Bot'.

POSTING MAY ALSO BECOME PAID

The step taken to prevent spam or bot posts began to be tested as of October 17 (yesterday).

The following statements were included in the post made on the subject:

“As of October 17, 2023, we have begun testing 'Not A Bot,' a subscription method prepared for new users in two countries. This new method was developed to support our efforts to reduce 'spam, platform manipulation, and bot' activities. Existing users will not be affected by this test.”
