So, what qualities do you need to have to work at Apple? The answer to this question was provided by the company's CEO, Tim Cook.

The Apple CEO recently participated in a podcast hosted by Dua Lipa. During the broadcast, Cook made assessments regarding the agenda and also explained what qualifications those who want to work at Apple should possess.

MINDS THAT THINK DIFFERENTLY

In a report relayed by Webtekno, Tim Cook made an interesting statement to Dua Lipa, saying, "We work with people who believe 1+1 equals 3." For the CEO of a company that works on technology and where coding, which prioritizes mathematics, is central, this sentence was quite unusual. Tim Cook explained the message of collaboration underlying this sentence as follows:

"It's an incredible feeling to work with people who bring out the best in each other, and fundamentally, we all believe that 1+1 equals 3. Your idea plus my idea is better than individual ideas alone."

According to Tim Cook, Apple needs personnel from all walks of life, whether they have a university degree or not. Furthermore, in addition to being able to collaborate, these personnel need to not be afraid to ask questions and be able to bring their creativity to the forefront.

The Apple CEO stated that coding is an important skill and that he believes it enables the acquisition of various skills outside of professional life as well. However, this does not mean that all of Apple's employees know how to code. Tim Cook said that personnel who do not know how to code are also hired just fine.
