Crazy offer for Real Madrid: Fenerbahçe could earn 23 million euros from Arda Güler!
According to claims in the Spanish press, PSG has made an offer to Real Madrid for Arda Güler. Fenerbahçe would receive a share from a potential sale.
The name of national footballer Arda Güler, who plays for Real Madrid, has come to the fore with a new transfer claim. According to a report on the Spanish transfer site Fichajes, Paris Saint-Germain has submitted its first offer of 115 million euros to Real Madrid for the 21-year-old player.
Arda Güler, who has drawn attention with his performance in new season preparations, stayed on the pitch for 90 minutes in the recent friendly match against Ferencvaros. While the Spanish press emphasizes the young footballer's rising role in the Real Madrid squad, it has been suggested that PSG is prepared to make a serious investment for the player this summer.
The report states that Real Madrid will evaluate two factors in the face of a potential offer. The first is the possibility of generating income far exceeding the transfer fee paid for Arda Güler, and the second is the national footballer's increasing importance within the team.
It is also among the claims that PSG has the financial power to increase its offer if it receives a negative response from Real Madrid. It was stated that the transfer process will depend on the decision of the Real Madrid management and whether the Paris team increases its pressure in the final part of the transfer window.
A potential transfer would have financial consequences not only for Real Madrid and PSG, but also for Fenerbahçe. The yellow-navy club had announced a sell-on clause in its disclosure to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) during Arda Güler's transfer to Real Madrid.
In Fenerbahçe's statement, it was noted: "Furthermore, in the event of the player's future transfer to another club, 20% of the transfer fee that Real Madrid CF will obtain will be paid to our club as a share from the subsequent sale."
According to this clause, if Arda Güler is transferred for a fee of 115 million euros, 23 million euros will enter Fenerbahçe's coffers. If the transfer fee increases, the share the yellow-navy club will receive will increase at the same rate.
