Erling Haaland complained about the length of the flight and the hardships experienced during the journey. In a post on his social media account, Haaland stated, 'I endured a 7-hour flight from the US to England. No phone, no sleep, no water, no food.'

Haaland had also recently drawn attention to the difficulties he faces due to the congested match schedule.
The star footballer had made the following statement: "It is not easy to be in good shape and maintain quality while playing 70 matches a year! We all saw how tired the players were at EURO 2024. You could even see on their faces how fed up they were with football."
