New development in Beşiktaş's Joe Willock plan: Newcastle may consider offers

A notable claim has emerged from England regarding Joe Willock, who is on Beşiktaş's agenda for the mid-season transfer window. It has been stated that Newcastle United may consider offers for the 27-year-old English midfielder, whom the Black and Whites were also interested in during the summer.

According to reports in the English press, the Premier League side will not completely close the door on inquiries made in January in order to generate a transfer fee from Willock. This development has brought the possibility of a transfer back to the agenda for Beşiktaş, who had previously announced their interest in the player.

Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı had signaled in his statements in recent days that they could sit back at the table for Willock during the mid-season break. The Black and Whites had made attempts to add the English footballer to their squad during the summer transfer window, but the process did not conclude.

Beşiktaş, which is planning reinforcements for the midfield, is expected to reopen the Willock file depending on Newcastle's stance. Whether the transfer takes place will be determined by the player's situation, the clubs' expectations for a transfer fee, and the market conditions that will arise during the mid-season period.

Joe Willock has played in 7 matches for Newcastle United this season. The 27-year-old footballer has scored 3 goals in these matches.
