Referees' association decides to expel three individuals
The TFFHGD has announced that Ferdi Karadoruk, Alican Sağlar, and Emre Kosif, whose names have appeared in judicial proceedings, have been permanently expelled from association membership.
The Turkish Association of Active Football Referees and Observers (TFFHGD) has announced that a decision has been made to expel Ferdi Karadoruk, Alican Sağlar, and Emre Kosif from membership.
In the statement issued by the association, it was noted that the events subject to the investigations and legal proceedings concerning the three individuals were evaluated in terms of institutional reputation and prestige. In this context, it was reported that Karadoruk, Sağlar, and Kosif were referred to the Disciplinary Board by the Headquarters Board of Directors in accordance with the relevant provisions of the association's bylaws.
As a result of the review conducted by the Headquarters Disciplinary Board, it was decided to permanently expel the three referees from association membership. It was reported that the decision was discussed and approved by the Headquarters Board of Directors, thereby finalizing it.
Ferdi Karadoruk, Alican Sağlar, and Emre Kosif had previously been arrested as part of the investigation known in the public eye as the "Referees file."
