Trabzonspor Club has published its financial statements for the period of June 1–August 31, 2026, on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). The burgundy-blue club announced that its net debt as of August 31, 2026, is 2.9 billion TL.
In the club's statement, it was noted that the net debt calculation was reached by deducting current assets totaling 6.7 billion TL from the sum of short- and long-term liabilities. Furthermore, it was recorded that 2.6 billion TL in receivables, which are not included in the consolidated financial statements of Sportif A.Ş., and 1.8 billion TL in transactions resulting from inflation accounting—which are stated not to create any cash outflow—were also taken into account.
Trabzonspor emphasized that the 4.9 billion TL expropriation receivable, known to the public, was also deducted from the total liabilities.
The club's statement indicated that all future amounts of realized transfer fee debts as of the report date were also included in the debt calculation.
When our financial statements are examined, it will be seen that our club's net debt as of 08/31/2026 is 2.9 billion TL, once the total current assets of 6.7 billion TL are deducted from the sum of short- and long-term liabilities, and our 2.6 billion TL receivable from expropriation revenues—which is held by Trabzonspor Club and not included in the Sportif A.Ş. consolidated financial statements—and the 1.8 billion TL in transactions resulting from inflation accounting that will not create any cash outflow are netted out.
In the statement, while reiterating that the item regarding the expropriation receivable was deducted from the total liabilities, it was also noted that transfer fee debts were included in the calculation.
