In a statement released by the Houthis, it was noted that significant losses were sustained during US and Israeli attacks on Yemen. These attacks intensified following actions taken by the Houthis in support of Gaza. It was reported that many civilian and military personnel from naval, land, and air forces, as well as government officials, were killed in the strikes.

Specifically, it was stated that the Houthi administration's Chief of General Staff, al-Gamari, and his 13-year-old son lost their lives in these attacks. However, no details regarding the circumstances of al-Gamari's death were disclosed.

The Houthis stated that they have carried out 758 attacks against Israel over the last two years, utilizing 1,835 assets, including ballistic and hypersonic missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and warships.

Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz, in a statement made via social media, indicated that the strike that caused al-Gamari's death was carried out by the Israeli military in August.
