A prisoner exchange between Russia and Ukraine has taken place in the Gomel region of Belarus. As part of the exchange, 10 Russian soldiers and 10 Ukrainian soldiers were released in a mutual swap.
According to the Belarusian state television channel "First Information," the exchange process was carried out under the instructions of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also announced in a statement earlier today that 10 Ukrainian soldiers, who were previously known as missing in the Donetsk region, had been released.
