Putin’s harsh criticism of NATO

Speaking during a military exercise held on Sakhalin Island, Putin criticized the alliance's activities in the Asia-Pacific region. Putin argued that NATO is "infiltrating" the region.
The Russian leader also stated that NATO is creating tension in the Arctic region. The remarks came at a time when tensions remain high between Moscow and Western countries over security issues.
