The new owner of İstikbal Mobilya has been announced

The tender for the sale of İstikbal Mobilya, one of the leading names in Turkey's furniture sector, has been concluded. A total of three companies participated in the auction held at the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) headquarters. As a result of the evaluation, Paşalı Grup became the new owner of İstikbal Mobilya.

The increase in the company's value during the sales process stood out. In the first tender held in previous months, the estimated value for İstikbal Mobilya had been set at 12 billion 500 million TL, but the tender was canceled due to insufficient participation. In the most recent tender, the company's value increased by approximately 4 billion TL, reaching 16 billion 500 million TL.

While Paşalı Grup continues its growth target by stepping into the furniture sector, the company's history dates back to 1978. Initially starting its operations in the construction field, Paşalı Grup increased its presence in the automotive, car rental, and tourism sectors in the following years. Moving its headquarters to Istanbul in 1991, the group continues its development under the management of Adem Paşalı.

Adem Paşalı, who stands out with his investments in the business world, is also a figure who has established close ties with the sports world. Paşalı's brand sponsorship and match-day contributions, particularly to the Göztepe Sports Club, are well-known in the sports community.
