Innocent in appearance, destructive in essence!

As is known, during the 2023 Turkish General and Presidential election process, President Erdoğan, in the propaganda he conducted against Kılıçdaroğlu, put forward the claim that the Nation Alliance was collaborating with terrorist organizations.

On May 7, 2023, at the Great Istanbul Rally, a montage video that placed PKK leaders side-by-side with the Nation Alliance's election video was shared for the first time. Subsequently, the video was delivered to large audiences through the AKP's official social media accounts and live broadcasts on television channels.

The point reached today by the AKP, which did these things to win an election yesterday, under the name of “A Turkey Without Terror” reminds me of the words of former President Süleyman Demirel: “Yesterday was yesterday, today is today.” I think this statement alone is sufficient to understand political ethics.

What kind of laying down of arms and self-dissolution is this, what kind of peace and brotherhood is this?

On one hand, rhetoric of ethnic separatism, and on the other, celebrating the anniversary of the bloody August 15 action as a holiday…

Let us finally see this dangerous game that imperialism is weaving for us. The beads of the same rosary, the politicians' goals are to ‘win,’ that is clear, but the Turkish people must not fall for this game.

What Apo calls a “democratic republic” is the termination of our unitary nation-state, our secular republic, and its fragmentation under the name of the unity of the Ummah.

This is the “monarchy” that the US and Israel want to establish in our geography, in the words of US Ambassador and Syria Special Representative Tom Barack.

Yesterday's montage videos, today's null appointments, the solution process practices, and the artificial agendas and operations created to back all of these—in the recent period Melih Gökçek, Binali Yıldırım, Ahmet Davutoğlu—all of them are moves in the game…
