Tekfen Philharmonic to hold special concerts for the Republic's 100th anniversary
The Tekfen Philharmonic is preparing to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic with very special concerts. The first of the concerts, which will recount the lesser-known aspects of the National Anthem, will meet music lovers on October 25 at CSO Ada Ankara, and the second on October 28 at the Atatürk Cultural Center in Istanbul.
Tickets for the special concert, filled with art and history, which will take place on October 25 at CSO Ada Ankara and on October 28 at the Atatürk Cultural Center in Istanbul, have gone on sale.
120 PEOPLE WILL BE ON STAGE
As vocalists, Sumru Ağıryürüyen will be on stage, accompanied by the MAGMA Philharmonic Choir under the direction of conductor Masis Aram Gözbek and Ankara Opera soloist tenor Faik Mansuroğlu, as well as master musicians Göksel Baktagir (kanun), Yurdal Tokcan (oud), and Ercan Irmak (ney), who will form the instrumental ensemble.
