The AKP's 'Syria wind' in the polls was short-lived: What is the latest situation?

The CHP, which emerged victorious from the March 31 local elections, continued its rise in the following months.

However, the fall of the Bashar al-Assad regime in Syria also changed the political atmosphere in Turkey. In polls conducted after Assad's departure, the AKP had returned to the first position.

According to a report by Gazete Duvar, the AKP's 'Syria wind' in the polls did not last long. Based on data the CHP received from various research companies, the effect of Syria in the polls has rapidly faded, and the CHP has once again moved well ahead of the AKP.
