According to information obtained by Anadolu Agency from sources in the region, the Popular Mobilization Forces were deployed from Baghdad to the oil field in question with hundreds of military vehicles as a result of an agreement made with Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) leader Bafel Talabani.
