Car overturns on D-100 highway in Bolu: Five people injured
In a traffic accident that occurred in Bolu this morning, a total of five people, including the driver, were injured after a car hit the median and overturned. The injured were taken to the hospital for treatment.
A traffic accident occurred near the Çaydurt Toll Booths in Bolu, resulting in a car overturning after losing control. According to the information obtained, the vehicle with license plate 06 DE 6282, driven by S.T. and heading towards Istanbul, first hit the median and then flipped over after the driver lost steering control. In the accident, the driver S.T. and four passengers in the vehicle were injured in various parts of their bodies.
Upon the notification of citizens, health, fire, and police teams were dispatched to the scene in a short time. The injured, who received their first interventions at the scene, were transferred to İzzet Baysal Training and Research Hospital by ambulances and taken under treatment. Authorities stated that the investigation into the accident is ongoing.
While no new statement has been made yet regarding the health status of the injured, the teams' investigations at the scene of the accident continue.
