Dervişoğlu's harsh reaction to MPs signing the framework law: 'You are signing the Treaty of Sèvres'

İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlumade evaluations regarding the agenda at his party's TBMM Group Meeting.

Dervişoğlu made statements regarding the framework law proposal, which is expected to come to the TBMM agenda this week as part of the second opening process called 'Terror-Free Turkey'.

Criticizing the MPs who signed the proposal, Dervişoğlu said, "A paper is placed in front of them. They don't even know what they are signing, but they go and sign it obediently by this day and hour. And then they call themselves representatives of the nation." he stated.

"WHAT IS DESCRIBED IN THE LAW IS THE SECOND REPUBLIC"

Addressing AKP and MHP MPs in his speech, Dervişoğlu said, "All legal responsibility is yours. Is this the legacy you want to leave to your children? How will you look them in the face? Will you not even be ashamed before them? Is this the cause you set out for? Is it to act as a messenger for Öcalan, to be a supporter, and to determine a route for the state with the roadmap of the villain called Öcalan?"

"YOU ARE SIGNING THE TREATY OF SÈVRES"

Emphasizing that the regulation expected to be submitted to Parliament is not an ordinary legislative proposal, Dervişoğlu said, "What we are facing today is not a legislative proposal, but rather in whose name and where the government is operating state institutions. What is described in the law is the Second Republic. And you pose while signing the law. You are signing the Treaty of Sèvres. You are not aware of what you are doing."
