Erdoğan signs: Appointments published in the Official Gazette

With the decision published under the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Tolga Balcı, Deputy General Manager of Sectors and Public Investments at the Presidency of Strategy and Budget, was removed from his post and replaced by Atila Bedir. Cem Kurt was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Legal Services, a vacant position at the Ministry of Justice.

At the Council of Forensic Medicine, Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Lecturer Dr. Yasin Kavla was appointed as a member of the Fourth Forensic Medicine Specialization Board for Mental Health and Diseases, and İstanbul Medeniyet University Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cündüllah Torun was assigned as a member of the Seventh Forensic Medicine Specialization Board for Internal Medicine.

Specialist Dr. Neşe Kavruk Erdim was appointed as a member of the Sixth Forensic Medicine Specialization Board for Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Diseases at the Council of Forensic Medicine. Additionally, Specialist Dr. Ahmet Naim Namlı was appointed as a member of the Fourth Forensic Medicine Specialization Board for Forensic Medicine, and Oya Yeter was appointed as a member of the Fifth Forensic Medicine Specialization Board for Analytical Chemistry.

At the Ministry of Family and Social Services, Karaman Provincial Director Seval Yılmaz was removed from her post and replaced by Aksaray Provincial Director Nurettin Ulaş, while Kilis Provincial Director Müslüm Ferdi Bozkurt was removed from his post. Manisa Provincial Director Mustafa Kılıç was removed from his post and replaced by Kuduret Gültaş. Furthermore, Sezgi Arpacı Elaldı was appointed as the Aksaray Provincial Director. Diyarbakır Provincial Director Aydın Polat was removed from his post and replaced by Malatya Provincial Director Ali Sait Çeçen; Ömer Faruk Ergün was appointed as the Malatya Provincial Director, Serdar Demirci as the Elazığ Provincial Director, Abdulhalim Ünalan as the Erzincan Provincial Director, and Nejat İlhan as the Bilecik Provincial Director.

Additionally, Yakup Koç, Head of Strategy Development at the Social Security Institution, was removed from his post and replaced by İlkay Akçay, Deputy General Manager of Management Services at the Ministry of Health. Furthermore, Mahmut Güneş, 5th Regional Director of the General Directorate of Meteorology, was removed from his post and replaced by Ümit Gülbağ, while 10th Regional Director Bülent Şirin was removed from his post and replaced by Hasan Acar. Özgür Taşçıoğlu was appointed as the 9th Regional Director. Muhammed Mustafa İzgeç was appointed as the Second President of the Energy Market Regulatory Board, and Erdoğan Tozan and İbrahim Tan were appointed as members.

Moreover, Melikşah Taşkın was appointed to the vacant position of Deputy General Manager at the General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises. Bilal Timur was appointed to the vacant position of 11th Regional Director at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. Eray Aykanat, Marmaris Regional Port Authority President at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, was removed from his post and replaced by Çetin Çiftçi.
