Erkan Baş draws comparison between Gaza and Hatay
Workers' Party of Turkey (TİP) Chairman Erkan Baş has reacted to AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan posing for a photograph at the 'Urbanicide' (Kentkırım) exhibition, which focuses on the destruction in Gaza.
In a post on his social media account, Baş stated, "Erdoğan has had his photo taken at the Urbanicide Exhibition, which reveals the heartbreaking state of Gaza and other cities destroyed by war.
As soon as I saw it, the morning of February 6 in Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, and Adıyaman came to my mind.
How similar they are, aren't they? One was razed to the ground by murderous Israel and its collaborators, and the other by the Palace, which is an enemy of the people and a friend to the wealthy!"
