A physical altercation occurred between an elderly citizen and a young man this morning at 11:00 AM near Sancaktepe on the 522ST bus line operating between Sultanbeyli and Mecidiyeköy.

'THIS IS NOT A BEDROOM'

The elderly citizen turned to the young couple, who were displaying intimate behavior on the bus, and said, "This is not a bedroom."

Enraged by these words, the young man walked toward the man inside the moving bus.

After the driver stopped the vehicle, the young man got off and attempted to attack the citizen with a stone he picked up from the ground.

OTHER PASSENGERS INTERVENED

The situation was calmed down through the intervention of other passengers. The driver, who witnessed the incident moment by moment, let the citizen off the bus, took the young people back on, and continued on his way.
