Fire in olive grove in İzmir spreads to the road! Toll booths temporarily closed
A fire that started in an olive grove in the Urla district of İzmir and spread to the surroundings of the İzmir-Çeşme Highway has been brought under control with the rapid intervention of firefighters. Due to the fire, the Urla toll booths were temporarily closed to traffic.
A fire broke out for an as-yet undetermined reason in an olive grove in the Camiatik neighborhood. The fire spread to the grassy area around the İzmir-Çeşme Highway due to the effect of the wind.

Upon notification, fire crews were dispatched to the scene. The fire was brought under control through the efforts of the fire department.

Due to the fire, the Urla toll booths on the highway were closed to traffic. Transportation on the highway is being provided in a controlled manner.
