Holidaymakers are leaving Muğla! Traffic density is increasing
On the third day of Eid al-Adha, traffic density increased in Muğla and its districts due to the return journey of holidaymakers. Long vehicle queues formed at the exits of Fethiye and Marmaris, with traffic coming to a standstill at times.
Those who came to Muğla and its districts from various provinces to spend the holiday began their return journeys, particularly starting from the evening hours.
Holidaymakers leaving Fethiye and Marmaris created congestion from the Gökova Junction to the exit of Muğla.
Holidaymakers also caused congestion at the Regional Traffic Junction in the Menteşe district. Vehicle traffic came to a standstill at times.
The long vehicle queue that formed at the entrance to the Menteşe district was captured by drone.
Police teams have taken measures across the city to ensure that the flow of traffic is not disrupted.
