In Istanbul, during the "Mercy to Our Martyrs, Support for Palestine, Curse on Israel" march organized under the leadership of TÜGVA, İsmail Aydemir, who was carrying a 'Tawhid' flag, was subjected to a physical assault by university student Ege Akersoy.
A release decision has been issued for university student Ege Akersoy, who threw a punch following an argument with individuals waving a 'Tawhid' flag at the rally held in support of Palestine.
Akersoy has been issued a travel ban prohibiting him from leaving the country.
