Labor Court judge dismissed from profession in FETÖ investigation!
The Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has decided to dismiss Adem Karaca, a judge at the Bakırköy 26th Labor Court, from his profession. It was stated that the decision was finalized as a result of investigations conducted within the scope of the FETÖ/PDY probe.

The Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has decided to dismiss Adem Karaca, a judge at the Bakırköy 26th Labor Court, from his profession. It was stated that the decision was finalized as a result of investigations conducted within the scope of the FETÖ/PDY probe.
In investigations conducted by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in previous years, 106 out of 140 judges and prosecutors for whom detention warrants were issued were taken into custody. While 74 of these individuals were arrested, 32 were released. It was learned that Adem Karaca was among the judges and prosecutors who were arrested.
Ministry of Justice sources stated that the dismissal decisions in question were taken as part of the judicial process and were implemented as a result of legal evaluations.
