Mehmet Akif Ersoy sent back to prison after providing additional testimony
Mehmet Akif Ersoy, who is currently detained as part of a drug investigation in Istanbul, was brought from prison to the courthouse to provide additional testimony. After approximately 3.5 hours of testimony, Ersoy was sent back to prison.

Withinthe scope of the investigation, Mehmet Akif Ersoy, who is in custody, was brought to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan to provide additional testimony.
Ersoy, following approximately 3.5 hours ofadditional testimony procedures at the Prosecutor's Office,following the procedures, he was sent back toprison.
