Promotion decisions for judges and prosecutors published in the Official Gazette

The HSK decisions included lists of names of judicial judges, chief public prosecutors, prosecutors, and administrative judges who have been promoted to the first degree and will be subject to review for classification into the first class as of August 31, 2024.

The list includes the names of 41 judges, 17 prosecutors, and 11 administrative judges. Those who will undergo review for promotion to the first degree in the August 2024 period were not included in the list.

Those who have been promoted to the first degree and have completed their required service periods but do not see their names on the list may request a review of their status by submitting a written application to the HSK within 30 days.

In another HSK decision, lists were also published containing the names of judicial judges, chief public prosecutors, prosecutors, and administrative judges who completed their 2-year promotion periods by the end of the August 2024 period for the salary grade they receive.
