Realized he was having a heart attack and pulled into the emergency lane: Found dead hours later

The incident occurred around 05:00 in the Ataşehir district of Istanbul, on the Istanbul Ring Road in the direction of Kadıköy.

According to allegations, the individual, identified as Z.U.U., was driving his vehicle with license plate 34 YM 2552 when he suddenly parked in the emergency lane for an unknown reason. When citizens passing by noticed the driver, who had been sitting on the side of the road in his vehicle for hours, they reported the situation to police teams.

Upon notification of the incident, fire department teams, police units, medical teams, and crime scene investigation teams were dispatched to the scene. Police teams arriving at the scene determined that the driver inside the vehicle had died after suffering a heart attack. While Z.U.U., who died inside the vehicle, was taken to the forensic medicine morgue by medical teams, police have launched an investigation into the incident.
