Shocking audio recording in Ahbap Association investigation! 'Fake receipt' instruction from Haluk Levent

New allegations have emerged in the file regarding the Ahbap Criminal Organization investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

According to a report by Sabah newspaper, it is alleged that Haluk Levent asked his assistant, Yeliz Kaya, to edit an image of a check photocopy to look like a photograph. Additionally, the claim that he gave instructions to prepare fake receipts for show to be presented to other people, in audio recordings alleged to belong to Levent, was also included in the file.

STATEMENTS IN THE AUDIO RECORDING

According to the report, in an audio recording stated to have been sent on June 4, it is claimed that Haluk Levent suggested to his assistant, Yeliz Kaya, the method of providing an incomplete or incorrect phone number.

In the recording in question, it is alleged that Levent said, "Call, girl, send the exchange office's phone number too, make the last digit incomplete, they won't call it anyway, the point is to say I gave a number."

DRIVER'S TESTIMONY ENTERED THE FILE

The report also included the testimony of Turan Kızılyurt, who worked as a driver at the Ahbap Association.

Stating that Haluk Levent called him one day and asked for his ID and a photograph, Kızılyurt claimed, "I sent my ID photo to Haluk Levent, thinking they would handle my insurance. Later, I received a notification message that a transaction had been carried out in my name at a notary."

"I ASKED FOR SUCH A THING NOT TO BE DONE AGAIN"

Stating that he also told Zafer Yay, who works at the association, about this situation, Kızılyurt said, "I told him that I had sent my ID thinking my insurance would be handled, but that I later received a message about a transaction being carried out at a notary. Zafer told me, 'Don't worry, it's nothing.' I asked for such a thing not to be done again."

Stating that he does not know what transaction was carried out in his name at the notary or by whom it was carried out, Kızılyurt said, "From time to time, they would send me money and have me withdraw cash. From time to time, they would have me leave money in certain places. Since I was a driver, I would do what I was told."
