Snowfall that began on Monday in the higher parts of Kırklareli has intensified. The snow continues to affect the Demirköy, Vize, and Pınarhisar districts.
The snow depth at Mahya Tepe in the Demirköy district has reached 1 meter.

The road leading to the NATO radar station has been closed to traffic. A citizen named Salih Gürcan, who stated that the snowfall is very beneficial for cultivated areas, noted that the snow depth has reached approximately 1 meter in some places.
Meanwhile, 37 village roads have also been closed to traffic.
