13 PEOPLE HAD BEEN ARRESTED
Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 13 people, including former Tunceli Governor Tuncay Sonel and his son Mustafa Türkay Sonel, who were accused of being responsible for the death of Gülistan Doku, had been arrested.
