The second day of the NATO Leaders' Summit began with the leaders gathering at Beştepe.

Before the closed session, the heads of state and government of NATO member countries were welcomed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. Following the welcoming ceremony, the summit's traditional family photo was taken.
