Trustee Can Aksoy holds first meeting at Esenyurt Municipality
Can Aksoy, the trustee appointed to replace Esenyurt Mayor Ahmet Özer, has held his first meeting. A photo of the trustee's first meeting was shared on the Esenyurt Municipality's social media account.
Esenyurt Mayor Ahmet Özer was detained on October 30 and subsequently arrested and sent to prison. Can Aksoy, the trustee appointed to replace Özer, began his duties hours later.
