"We have learned with great sadness of the passing of our youth national athlete Emre Yazgan in the unfortunate incident that occurred as a result of an avalanche during high-altitude training in Erzurum Palandöken, where the Kocaeli TOHM judo team was continuing its preparations. As the judo family, we wish God's mercy upon the deceased and offer our condolences to his grieving family and our sports community."
