70-year-old woman found unresponsive in garden pool in Gaziantep has died

In the İslahiye district ofçGaziantep, 70-year-old Pakize Seydooğulları,çwho was found unresponsive in the pool in her garden, has died.

The incidentçoccurred at a vineyard house in the rural Telli neighborhood of the district. According to allegations,öSeydooğulları entered the pool in the garden to cool offçandçbegan to struggle in the water after aüshort çtime.

When her neighbors saw Seydooğulları unresponsive in the pool,ötheyüreported the situation to the 112 Emergency ÇCall Center. Upon the report, ühealth and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the address.

Seydooğulları, who was removed çfrom the pool and reported to be unconscious, was taken to İslahiye State Hospital after initial intervention by medical teams.üDespite all interventions performed there, Seydooğullarıücould not be saved.

Seydooğulları's body was ödeliveredüto her relatives for burial following procedures at the Gaziantep Forensic Medicine Instituteöto determine the exact ücause of death.

An investigation into the incident has been launched by gendarmerie teams.
