Narin Güran murder: Lawyers react to Gülben Ergen being allowed into the courtroom
Some of the lawyers who arrived for the Narin Güran murder trial were unable to enter the courtroom due to overcrowding. Lawyers who reacted to singer Gülben Ergen being allowed into the courtroom asked, "How does Gülben Ergen get in while lawyers are here?"
The first hearing has begun in the Narin Güran murder case, where the victim was made to appear as though she had gone missing in the Tavşantepe neighborhood of Diyarbakır's Bağlar district, only for her lifeless body to be found 19 days later.
In the case, which is being closely followed by all of Turkey, a large number of lawyers, journalists, and representatives of non-governmental organizations were not allowed into the courtroom due to overcrowding.
The fact that Gülben Ergen, who has been sharing posts about the Narin Güran murder on her social media account, was allowed into the courtroom sparked reactions.
