Another price hike for fuel: Gasoline liter price is rising
Volatility in Brent crude oil and foreign exchange rates has reflected as a new price hike for fuel. A 1.11 TL increase in gasoline prices is expected on Saturday.
A new price increase concerning fuel consumers in Turkey has come to the agenda. Following the rise in Brent crude oil prices and the volatility observed in the exchange rate, it has been reported that the liter price of gasoline will increase by 1.11 TL. This increase will be effective starting Saturday and will be reflected on signs at fuel stations across Turkey.
CURRENT FUEL PRICES
Looking at current fuel prices, a liter of gasoline in Istanbul is sold for 57.27 TL on the European side and 57.11 TL on the Anatolian side. While liter prices for diesel are set at 60.37 TL and 60.21 TL respectively, levels of 30.29 TL and 29.69 TL are seen for LPG.
In the capital Ankara, a liter of gasoline is offered to consumers at 58.21 TL, a liter of diesel at 61.47 TL, and a liter of LPG at 30.17 TL. In İzmir, fuel prices are at levels of 58.49 TL for gasoline, 61.74 TL for diesel, and 30.09 TL for LPG.
