CMB approves the stock market entry of 2 new companies

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has accepted the initial public offering (IPO) applications of Pasifik Holding AŞ and Vakıf Faktoring AŞ.

CMB approves the stock market entry of 2 new companies

In the weekly bulletin published by the CMB, it was stated that Pasifik Holding AŞ will be offered to the public at a price of 1.5 lira, and Vakıf Faktoring AŞ at 14.20 lira. Additionally, approval was granted for debt instrument issuance applications totaling billions of liras by companies such as Deniz Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ and Ereğli Tekstil Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ.

The Board also accepted lease certificate and asset leasing applications from institutions such as Vakıf Varlık Kiralama AŞ and Ata Varlık Kiralama AŞ. Within this scope, the applications of Aktif Bank Sukuk Varlık Kiralama AŞ and Fibabanka AŞ were also approved.

Under new operating permits, the establishment of various investment funds by Inveo Portföy Yönetimi AŞ and Ziraat Portföy Yönetimi AŞ was authorized. Real estate and venture capital funds of Asrem Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi AŞ also received approval.

The CMB imposed administrative fines totaling 71 million 827 thousand 670 lira on 13 legal entities and 2 individuals. Furthermore, a temporary trading ban was imposed on 8 individuals and 1 legal entity, and criminal complaints were filed against 5 people.

As a result of investigations conducted within the framework of the Capital Markets Law, it was decided to block access to 25 websites found to be providing unauthorized crypto asset services.
