Fitch upgrades Halkbank's viability rating
International credit rating agency Fitch has upgraded Halkbank's viability rating by one notch.
In the latest assessment by Fitch Ratings, Halkbank's viability rating was raised from "b-" to "b". In a disclosure made by the bank to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that the long-term foreign currency and long-term local currency credit ratings remained unchanged at "BB-".
According to the statement, there were no changes to the outlooks for these ratings, and the "Stable" designation was maintained. This upgrade by Fitch Ratings stands out as a positive development for the bank.
